For 2 months I tried to get into my laptop. I asked a few associates (the IT GUYS AT KEISER UNIVERSITY, 1900 BLDG.), to help...due to privacy issues they couldn't help me, even though they knew how. They directed me to the computer store on Prospect Avenue aka "Itsallaboutlaptops" ...they were so sweet and he didn't over charge me at all, he almost made me feel like he didn't even want my money, a nice change ;)...needless to say the Keiser boys were right!
