ITS Techs is a fantastic organization to work with. Over the past couple of years I have had them correct my desktop computer problems and just last week had them replace my old desktop with a new laptop computer system. The installation of the new system could not have gone more smoothly. The staff at ITS is knoeledgeable, professionable and one of the best I have ever dealt with. And their prices for equipment and services is reasonable and worth every penny.
I have been a customer of ITS for a number of years. Heretofore I have always taken my computer in to there office for repairs etc. This time, I had so many issues I ask if Jim could come to my office. Michelle advised that he'd be glad to come. He came in and started addressing one of my more important issues and it wasn't long before it was fixed. I had a list of several things I needed for him to address.
