My 12 year old sister had her nails done today. She had grown her nails out for a very long time, just to get them painted. She told TOM (who was the nail tech doing her nails) that she wanted to keep the length but just shape the nail….multiple times. Tom decided to chop off her nails and filed them to the point they don’t even cover her whole fingertip. (Which was painful). This is the cleanest nail salon that I have ever been to. The pedicures are amazing, the foot massages are out of this world, and the shoulder massage at the end of the service is a welcomed bonus! I would highly recommend this place and try to book with Roy, he is wonderful. Some people complained about no music and no chatter from the techs. That is one of my favorite things about It's Nail. I go for a great pedicure, but also to relax and it is the perfect setting for for both.
They are the best. Clean sterile tools every time you go, you get a 2 minute massage, they do parrafin treatments, all with regular manicure! Also they have SNS nail polish which is awesome and lasts a long time!
The guy that did my pedi was horrible my toes are uneven and the massage was horrible, would never go back And after complaining they still charge you
