I absolutely love going to It’s Nails! Beautiful salon, the friendliest, kindest staff and my nails always look amazing & exactly how I want them. Nancy is my go-to nail artist. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. My mom, sister, and I came in for pedicures, and we were given books with the available nail colors. However, when I chose a color, the lady started applying a completely different color that I had not chosen. I had to stop her and let her know that it wasn’t the color I wanted. The same thing happened with my sister, she chose a color she wanted, but they didn’t have it and ended up doing her toes in a different color anyway. Awesome place, super professional and always do an amazing job.
I love this nail salon so much. They were so nice, welcoming, friendly and so much more. They did my nails so much better than the inspo I gave them. The place is clean, aesthetic, and full with talented and gentle workers. They will make sure you’re satisfied and have an enjoyable experience. 100% recommend this place. DEFINITELY coming back to this place!
I liked this place much better under the previous ownership. They no longer include any foot or shoulder massage, and twice now I’ve felt pressured to choose the more expensive pedicure option. I almost spent $200 on a mani/pedi, which feels too expensive for the service provided. Unfortunately, I’ll have to find a new place.
