Our team did a very nice job on 10/8/2026. Extra kudos and thanks to them for bringing in some mail and packages for us!!!
We love Maid's Day! We hired the "It's Maid's Day" team about five months ago and they are prompt, reliable, meticulous, and friendly. Angela and Mary were just here last week and they did a fabulous job! We are so grateful!
We were not happy with the thoroughness of their first time visit. Kitchen: Counters not smooth. Some cobwebs remained. Floor not completely clean (behind trash can). Door handles on refrigerator not clean. Bathroom: Toilet lid not cleaned. Sink drains not cleaned. Sink counters not smooth to touch. Shower shelf not cleaned. General: Finger prints around door knobs not cleaned. On positive side: Service plans are flexible and they have English speaking workers.
Lillian is always very cheerful, flexible and of course thorough. However, yesterday was especially challenging since we had contractors (that were a day LATE!) finishing up the areas that we especially wanted cleaned. She juggled her routine and with Alejandra's help stayed to finish those areas as the contractors were leaving. Never an eyeroll or grumble and the same high quality that we always get when things aren't upside down! THANKS LADIES!
Shirley and Team 4 members did a nice job on our house cleaning 9/24.
