Came in for my normal cut & color & decided to do something fun! I’m 53 & retired Air Force so I always had standards to abide by. I wore my hair short because I always had to wear a hat when outdoors. Now I’ve grown my hair out, have learned to embrace my curls & decided I wanted a splash of color. Tracey suggested a color-infused conditioner & we went with PURPLE! I love it!

Tracey at It’s Magic has been doing my hair now for over a year. I absolutely love her. She is a perfectionist and it shows my hair is ALWAYS stunning after leaving her shop and to boot we have a fabulous time chatting and laughing. I won’t trust anyone else after coming to her. I've wanted "unicorn" hair for a while now and have been so nervous and didn't have anyone in Charlotte that I could trust with my hair so I drove all the way to Tracey to have it done and it was worth every mile! I absolutely love it! The whole staff is amazing!
I love this place and the people there! Tracey works magic on my hair and Michelle does an awesome job on my nails! Today, Robbie worked so very hard on my massage. He doesn’t follow a habitual pattern each time I get a massage - he listens to where I hurt and finds the areas that need attention. He really outdid himself today! Thank you Robbie and thanks for my Valentine gift!
Tracey trimmed, styled and dyed my daughter's hair and did an amazing job! She couldn't have been any happier! The whole staff there treated her like a princess and she ate it up!!
