I have been shopping here for many many years, "It's Letter Perfect" is my GO-TO place for custom GIFTS, their prices are great, and embroidery. vinyl or heat press is always reasonably priced for the size desired. They are always so helpful and as long as the owner & staff are here - I will continue to be a returning customer. My family & friends are always thrilled with their custom gifts! <3
What a great shop to work with! I had multiple questions about my order and she very patiently, and quickly answered them through fb messenger. Then even allowed me to order over the phone using face time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Great customer service!

I LOVE this place! I've been shopping here for five years now. The staff is very friendly and the quality of the products sold in the shop are one of a kind. The prices are exceptional and the turn around time is great. I couldn't ask for better service when it comes to finding the perfect gift!
I used to love this place until this week. They do have great turnaround times and good quality work. But their prices seem to have gone through the roof. I was charged $40 to monogram two small items, seemed they up charged every thing they could think of. My son's name is only three letters so I paid three times what I originally paid for one tote just to get his name on it. They definitely lost my business at this point. � Very disappointed because I really loved this business until now, I just can't afford the price hike... read more
