While buying a new car was an exciting prospect, just the THOUGHT of stepping into a dealership and having to deal with the salesmen was daunting. Raonel made it a million times easier. He was super attentive, kind, and patient. He took the time to show me my options, and kept me up to date step by step on the process and then before I knew it, my brand new car was being delivered to my door! Just overall an amazing experience.
