I called It's to come inspect an outlet in my kitchen that had a foul smell and ants coming out of it. I thought it may be something wrong with my wiring or the ants causing problems. Unfortunately, there is something dead in the wall instead. It's was very quick to get me scheduled and Corey was very professional. He still checked the outlet to make sure it's working properly and nothing in the wall was damaged. Since there was nothing they could really do to help me, they didn't charge me for coming out. It was so quick and easy to work with Its electric. Matt returned my call quickly and got us an appointment very quickly as well. Cory came out and was on time and was very quick and explained the process to adding an outlet to our garage for EV charging. The work was done quickly and very professional. I’m very satisfied all around with this company and will use them again.

Light fixture was sparking and electricity was blown in adjacent rooms. Called It's and they sent Matt right away. So thankful for their willingness to fix the issue so quickly, and bring peace of mind that there would not be a fire. Have used them before, and always pleased. Excellent service!!
