Amazing! – Claudia is AMAZING, This is a place where you can get all you need done for your passport and visa. She was one point with all that need to get done and got it all done on a timely manner. She so helpful and understanding to all my needs and made sure that all was going to work out. If your looking for a place that can get you your passport, visa, etc. this is the place to go.. make sure you ask for Claudia!
Great Service! – I visited It's Easy to get a new passport and apply for visa. I had very little time to do both before our trip, but Claudia at It's Easy made it all possible! Disgusting – This has got to be the most disgusting place I've ever been to. I'm convinced the Indian man who claims he's the "owner" is mental. It was my first time applying for a passport...so I made sure I did my research and had all the forms/documents ready when I got there. As soon as I go up to him...he says "hurry up and don't waste my time". Sooo helpful – I came to Itseasy in a panic, calling from Calif. late on Friday, worried that I wasn't going to be able to get to India on time for my hip operation. David, the owner, was great, and led me through the entire process. I would recommend Itseasy to anyone needing quick help in jumping through the seemingly daunting hoops of obtaining a quick passport and visa. Itseasy removed the stress involved with this piece of my travel puzzle, and for me, this was huge. Kudos to David and Itseasy!
Great people – I have used Leslie and her gang here over 50 plus times in the past 5 years for our dealership and twice for personal business....I have had the best service from them. I recieved my updated passport with in 36 hours of dropping it in the fed ex box here in Bar Harbor Maine. They are wonderful!!
Not great – This office of It's easy is just not good. I found them unprofessional and disorganized. There seems to be only 1 person able to "serve" customers and he tries to serve as many as possible at once - with the obvious result of confusion and delay. The other branches may be fine but avoid this one in Rock Center.
