Worse Visa Agency ever!!! Basically I needed a Brazil visa fast... I had a friend recommend Its Easy. Huge mistake!! They originally have a $149 rush fee on visas.... once my visa application was submitted they then said there was an extra $226 Special Handling fee. After talking with the Lady on the phone she admitted that the Brazilian Embassy doesn't do anything different it's just a factor of how long It's Easy will hold it on their end.. I realized my passport was expired on Sunday and was planning on driving into Canada on Tuesday. I tried googling around to see if they really, really need to see a current passport in Canada (they don't, but the US demands one for re-entry) and during that search I noticed an expediting service called Rushmypassport. I tried calling that site but they are only open M-F, 9 - 5, and are located in Florida. I couldn't see how I could FEDEX them my information on Monday and still have everything back by Tuesday at 8 in the morn... read more
My experience with It's Easy was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and patient. Unfortunately I waited for the last moment to get my daughter's passport and I was worried. No need. Claudia was most helpful, cooperative and she set my mind at ease. I will always recommend It's Easy. Because it is. Thanks Claudia, Chanel is off and running/enjoying. Lol

Great Service, super fast – I needed to get my passport renewed and I had a little less then 2 months before I left the country. I didn't want to chance it and do it myself because the government website says it takes 4-6 weeks to process. I was nervous about not getting it expedited but It's Easy assured me that I would get it back in no more then 2-3 weeks. Amazing Service By Claudia – I had to get a Visa to go to China for an unexpected trip. When I arrived at the Chinese Consulate I was told that the procedure had changed and was unable to enter the building to get the application to fill out. My friend and I rushed to Its Easy because we were departing in five (5) days. I was releived of all of my stress from the moment that I arrived. They should change their name to It's Incredibly Easy – My brother was giving me a car and I went to them to help me register it and do the necessary paperwork. They were helpful, informative and unbelievably quick. I filled out my forms on late Friday afternoon and picked up my plates Tuesday afternoon. I didn't have to miss work or be annoyed by the DMV. I would recommend them without question if you have DMV related transactions.
