Drink tasted like tap. They remade it. Tasted just as bad
Had to wait for a table at Kura so we got some drinks. Super fast to order and make them. Had my regular milk tea with boba and coffee jelly half sweet. It was perfect to tie me over.
Took 8 minutes to take my order, the employees would walk by and not say anything for a full 8 minutes with a line. And an employee had his hand in his pants and proceeded to make orders and not wash his hands. It’s not right for customers to be ignored and watch as employees know they are there but still refuse to serve them.
Tasty Magaron and cakes. I asked for water, but they offered me a bottle. In such heat, you could offer visitors water. Dirty tables. Ordinary staff.
My god the worst service (cashier) I've ever experienced in my entire life. We politely asked for non dairy options, and inquired about some drinks (wasn't busy, no one behind us). He was leaning against the counter not looking at us, whispering answers, not listening, ignoring my questions and everything. To top it all off? He didn't even give us the happy hour discount lmao Next time I pass by if the same cashier is there, it's a 100% skip.
