I went to Boba Time with my autistic son after dinner because he wanted a strawberry smoothie. He ordered through the kiosk and pressed “no tip.” Maybe that’s why, but they never even called his order number or name. When I finally went up to check, the drink was just sitting there on the counter, obviously forgotten. When I took a sip, I was stunned—it was ROOM TEMPERATURE.
