The worse smoothie I ever had in an IBT store
Takes more than 20 minutes for an order even though it wasn't a busy time... Not worth the time.
Drink sweetness was not right and diluted. Told them and they just said it was the oat milk choice for why the drink wasn't sweet + no apology. :/ They fixed it, but the way they handled the situation was p lackluster.
