Called and emailed spoke to someone explained what I needed sent over pdf … they even pointed out another business that had what I needed from them I said yes how much . They’ll get back to me .. called again oh they’re working on price… No one ever called me back. Instead of saying we’re working on it and be honest and say why you can’t! Unprofessional Wanted to support local ended up with a place in Schaumburg and got my project done within 3 weeks

The worst customer service ever. They are so rude and like to make the customer feel stupid. Please do not shop here. Right when I walked in, I had a bad vibe about this place and I was completely right. The woman with the brown shirt hair came off racist and feels so entitled that she loves to belittle people.
They are honest, and concerned about the product they deliver. Great local business!
