RecommendedI just can’t say enough good things about this salon. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming, I can even take my dog with me for appointments. Where else can you do that! Most importantly is their professionalism, skill, and knowledge of their craft. Andrea makes me feel like a new person when I leave. The color and styling is always spot on. I never leave disappointed and I’d never think of going anywhere else!

After moving to Salisbury, I could not find a stylist that I was happy with. I must’ve gone to a dozen different salons and tried a dozen different stylists! Many friends would tell me to go see Megan at Its a Shear Thing-that I would just love her! Sure enough, they were right. As I type this, I have probably been to Megan 6-7 times. My son got his 1st haircut yesterday and Dee did an amazing job. She was very patient and worked really well with our 12month old with curly hair. I would definitely go back! We made the appointment only 2 days ago.
Finding a salon and stylist is not always easy. It is a very personal thing. I feel very lucky to have found It's a Shear Thing Salon. Ashley Morgan does my hair and she is awesome. However, I would tell you that every one of the stylists here are wonderful. I never leave here that I don't feel prettier and more relaxed. They all welcome me, make me feel appreciated and like I am visiting with great friends and family. If you don't have that place in your life, give them a call!!!!!
Such a fun and upbeat environment. Each client walked out with amazing cuts and colors. Dakota is fantastic!! I was so incredibly happy to find him again. He takes the time to really understand what you want done and how to achieve the best results.
