I have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and services on every occasion.
I was disappointed with service. I could have applied hair color to my brows myself had I known that was all I would get after $60 Groupon then $20 tip. I was misled either by Groupon or ad for services, thus my brow treatment lasted only a few days.
I am a newer client of Kristen’s, but have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at her business. I have naturally long lashes, though they don’t really give much of an effect because they are light colored & board straight. Kristen’s lift & tint process has them looking SO good - my first one lasted 6 weeks, and even going in for the second time they were still slightly curled & tinted. 10/10 recommend! I have super sensitive & watery eyes & Kristen is so patient with them & still gets the job done!
