Lori does an awesome job! She is helping me let my hair grow out grey!!! It is always a welcoming place and the stylists do quality work.
I gave myself a haircut emergency a day before a trip I was taking. I called It's A Hair Thing, and Lori answered. She was able to get me in the next day to fix my bangs. It was a quick fix, but she was a lifesaver! Lori made me feel reassured after telling her I accidentally made my bangs too choppy, and said it happens to everyone at some point. I'm so glad she was there to fix my mishap and allowed me to not feel embarrassed on my trip! Thanks, Lori!
Daughter got her hair done for her wedding here and the stylist was great and the other staff and customer were okay with my granddaughter her niece running around seeing she is 2

I called, they hung up. Called again with fewer rings going through and they hung up... So I call from my Google voice number (which comes from 920) and they answer. I asked why they wouldn't pick up my number that's from another state and the gal says she wouldn't pick up because "google just keeps calling and calling" Pretty sure whoever that was starts a little too early in the morning, this doesn't really gain my confidence for someone that's about to cut my hair.
