Not customer friendly – I made my first visit to It's A Grind with a coupon in hand from the local Citipass fundraising coupon book. The barista refused to honor it, saying the coupons should have listed only the Cary location. So instead of taking a $1.80 hit with the coupon, they reject a potential repeat customer. This seems neither customer friendly nor wise business practice.
Great coffee! – I love this place! They have great coffee and food! I work very early in the morning and I tend to get there as they are unlocking the doors. Even THAT early, the staff is wonderful! They always have your order up fast and with a smile! I'm not even close to being that peppy in the mornings! Good job guys! Much better then Starsmuchs!
