I’m writing this review out of genuine concern, not anger. I recently tried to help my grandmother access psychiatric care through iTrust Wellness. She is an older adult currently dealing with serious mental health challenges, including paranoia about her personal information being accessed online. She is also not tech-savvy and is in no condition to navigate online forms or self-referral systems on her own. I called simply to schedule an appointment for her. It is 2026, and it’s deeply concerning that some healthcare providers still operate as if every patient is tech-savvy and able to navigate online systems independently. That is simply not reality for many older adults. The Greenville office is very nice! The lighting and the scent of the office, truly sets the mood for relaxation, and comfort. I feel a sense of security and confidence when I enter in the building. Dr. Kathleen Dubost is amazing! She makes sure that all of my needs are met and she gives great advice! I feel very comfortable talking to her.
Total gimmick. They charge whatever fee they want at random and getting an explanation of charges is impossible!!! They require a credit card be kept on file and charge your card without any sort of bill or statement in advance. I have actually been tested and diagnosed with ADHD but know of other patients who have never been tested and do not have ADD symptoms but the “doctors” write prescriptions anyway.
