I had a good experience in general as a patient, although they were expensive even with insurance. However, now, it's been difficult to get my records so I can go to a new doctor. I have emailed, called, texted, and already signed a release, and no one will call me back or send my records as requested.
TL;DR: Are you looking for a psychiatrist? Find somewhere else. If I share specific details, this might get taken down, and I definitely don't want that, so here's the vague version: Being falsely accused of things I haven't done, looked at with disbelief, and blatantly disrespected is not the experience I'd come to expect from this establishment after 2+ years... The Anderson location has the best staff. They are so kind and professional. 10/10 experience they deserve a raise.
I have not been able to get in touch with the office for weeks. Finally, I called and Eboni answered the phone. Ever since then, every time I've called ahead, she has answered and actually helped me. I'm not sure what has happened with Trust lately, but I am thankful there is at least one employee who knows how to answer the phone and provide compassionate customer service.
