Our first time using iTrip. We booked this place last year on Airbnb but used iTrip this year. It was a great all around experience. Seamless check in process, very detailed instructions and texts were answered super fast! They were very proactive and provided all the check in info, rules, and checkout processes prior to arrival. Super friendly staff and our stay was amazing. Definitely a more intimate booking and communication process than Airbnb. We will definitely book our next accommodations through iTrip.
I do not recommend iTrip NW rental agency. They emailed me after my stay and requested I leave a review and they would send me a $10 Amazon gift card for the review. I left a review and emailed them as instructed to let them know I completed the review. After several days, iTrip NW sent me another email asking me to leave another review on Google for the same $10 Amazon gift card. I find this in the realm of 'bait and switch.' iTrip made booking my cabin very easy! During our trip, we also had some issues but when messaging iTrip about our concerns, they were very quick to respond and to resolve the issue. Would definitely be booking through them again!
Booking my cabin with iTrip was very easy! The employees were very responsive when we had any issues at the cabin. Loved the cabin we stayed at and would love to book through iTrip again!
