The house was warm and cozy great location. Everything you need was provided. Did Jacuzzi was awesome and every morning we will blessed with visitors meaning the dears Great location very quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to all the necessities that you might need that a real great time thank you again for allowing us to stay
Casa Pacifica in Arch Cape. Here are the reasons for this low rating: 1. We spent 1 hour cleaning the floors. They were not clean. 2. Unable to use the dishwasher due to black mold. 3. Vents around the home have not been cleaned in years. Dryer lint all over the place. 4. Cobwebs in the windows. 5. Discovered an upstairs kids mattress had a black stain which looks like black mold caused by a wet towel or a pee stain. 6. Water line in the refrigerator is inoperable. 7. We had a great stay at Timber Court. The home met every need/want. We were able to get in early so we could get out and enjoy all that Grandby Ranch has to offer. Kitchen contained everything needed to host a the party of 8 adults. I would highly recommend this property.
