I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future guests. We rented a home in Portland for a week expecting the amenities that were advertised. Unfortunately, there were multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay, the most significant of which was the complete failure of the air conditioning during a heat advisory. Contacted this management company about their listing on Furnished Finder 3 times wanting to rent their listing, they never responded and would not allow phone calls! If this is your property outside of Sunriver, I would have rented it, but your manager dropped the ball. I did go to their direct site, and the same property is over twice as much for the same dates! So they are not doing you any favors, unfortunately.
Keep your money and rent elsewhere. In the business of running airbnbs trying to land free money with terrible cancellation policies.
If I can give ZERO stars, I would. They don’t even deserve one star. ITrip cancelled our stay 3 days before we were supposed to go on our family beach getaway. We paid in full a month prior. Gave no reason as so why it was being cancelled. They gave us another option, but that one wouldn’t accommodate our group so we asked for a full refund. To which they stated we had to initiate the cancellation with Airbnb and it would only be a portion of the refund and that they will give us the rest. Sounds scammy doesn’t it? Good thin... read more
