Booked on airbnb, "florida costal vacations rentals "iTrip" "Lovers key resort" ITrip Bonita Springs Unit 1003 Locked out for 4.5 hours, 2 seperate locksmiths called. Poor 2 year old child stuck outside and forced to drive 45 minutes to purchase medication that was "locked in the unit" because the owner messed with the digital lock against iTrips TOS. I met the owner while atempting to enter the unit we rented for 3 nights, he was under the impression we were leaving today (we're booked until tomorrow) he said I have friends... read more
Had a lovely stay, but after checkout, iTrip (Florida Coastal Vacation Rentals) tried to take advantage of my elderly parents by charging them “damages” on the kitchen cabinets that were “automatically” charged by the cleaners. Cheap management, cheap tricks.
