Juan and his team of professionals ARE very PROFESSIONAL, safe, timely, kind and provide the best “ service excellence to their clients. Clients are treated with love and respect as if the client is a family member! I have his number handy for all my Mom’s transportation requirements and I know she is safe and loved!
I have worked with numerous transportation companies and this one exceeds the industry standards. They were all professional and knowledgeable about logistics of loading my mom into the van. I fully trusted them with the whole process. I have to make mention especially of Staci. He put my Mom at ease as this was her first time on a lift but he continually reassured her that he wouldn’t let anything happen to her. They arrived early and just made whole process smooth!!!
Juan is a delight to work with. He consistently delivers, not only providing all physical care, but with a smile and friendly demeanor as well. Highly recommend!!
We had Staci transport us to and from the denist office today. He was geat. He was very safe and personable to and from where we were going.
