First time going to this location, and will never go back. My daughter’s gel nails are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!! However, my dip nails are very disappointing. I have had many manicures and have never had so many steps missed, which lead to my manicure looking really bad. The nail tech did not soak my large cuticles or push them back before using the dremel. After using the dremel on my cuticles, she immediately started the dip. The pedicure was great. The manicure was terrible. I had a different lady for the manicure who didn’t start until after the pedicure. So I was there over 2 hours. She was very rude to me. I had the same experience as Anissa. I asked for gel but I’m not sure what I got. I had three chipped nail the very next day and two days later I had them all chipped but the pinkies. They weren’t friendly at all. I asked where the gel nail polishes were and they aggressively said sit down. They also painted my toenails the wrong color. I would not recommend.

this place sucked from the jump. when we first walked in the girls were busy chit chatting and just stared at us. i got a gel mani and pedi and within 1-2 days my polish started to chip and come off completely. I didn’t pick at them or anything, i just looked down and the polish was gone. she also didn’t shape my nails right and seemed in such a rush. what a waste of money.

I usually never leave reviews, but I came in for two pedicures and was treated with a terrible attitude. I asked politely for a little extra cleaning around my toes and was told I could do it myself. I didn’t argue, but then she told me I could paint my own nails too—and to basically do everything myself. I have never felt so disrespected. It was incredibly unprofessional behavior.
