this place sucked from the jump. when we first walked in the girls were busy chit chatting and just stared at us. i got a gel mani and pedi and within 1-2 days my polish started to chip and come off completely. I didn’t pick at them or anything, i just looked down and the polish was gone. she also didn’t shape my nails right and seemed in such a rush. what a waste of money.

I usually never leave reviews, but I came in for two pedicures and was treated with a terrible attitude. I asked politely for a little extra cleaning around my toes and was told I could do it myself. I didn’t argue, but then she told me I could paint my own nails too—and to basically do everything myself. I have never felt so disrespected. It was incredibly unprofessional behavior. I usually don’t go out of my way to write a review, but I felt the need to make one so people are aware of their poor customer service. I made an appointment today and they even called me 30 mins prior to confirm. I got there 15 minutes early, and 1 person greeted me and I told her I have the appointment. I was sitting there 15 minutes past my appointment time and still nothing; they did not say it’ll be a little longer or sorry for the wait or nothing. They applied a menthol mask when I asked them at the start of my appointment to NOT use menthol. Multiple women working there heard me confirm that there was no menthol in their green tea mask. Then after applying and complaining they didn’t even wash it off with soap and told me at the end that, oh yes there is menthol. Not only have I been uncomfortable the rest of the day but I’m starting to get a rash from the menthol!!! Horrible they don’t let customers know of allergic ingredients in their products when directly asked!... read more
