Sketchy billing practices and won’t return promised phone calls to rectify.

Do not go to this place. I called and canceled let them know i could not keep going and they said it was fine. They charged me and said i did not let them know when i did. Now they still want to keep charging me even when i asked to please cancel my membership. I do not understand why if i was loyal to them for months they would do this.

You’ll spend 600 dollars on semitglutides before you get to cancel your membership due to the fine print on their website. 300 a month , but you need a 30 day notice to cancel. Therefore, unless you cancel your membership the day you sign up, you’ll end up spending 600 before you can decide if this medication is right for you. This is unfortunate. Auto pay as well so you can’t stop it unless you call your bank. If the medicine makes you sick, you still can’t cancel unless you give a 30 day notice.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and communication at iThrive. Every time I visited, nothing was properly documented, not even my dosages, not important notes from provider conversations, nothing. If I hadn’t personally recorded my interactions, there would be no record at all of what was discussed or recommended. When I asked about past notes or care decisions, I was met with confusion or told there was no information available. This is unacceptable for any healthcare service.
