I’ve been a member of this credit union for 40+ years. The customer service has been consistently SO BAD that it’s time to take my business elsewhere. It would take a book for me to describe how incompetent the iTHINK organization is as a whole. Don’t trust your money with this outfit. This has nothing to do with the people at the desk really.
