Customer service at this location is awesome! Very friendly and professional. I rated a 3 for 2 reasons: One, you can't make a deposit at the ATM. What's the point of an ATM if it's not full service, requiring you to have to go in anyway? Two, THE ATM IS TOO LOUD!! Every punch is as loud as a car alarm. 1 Star Absolutely unacceptable experience at iTHINK Financial today. I visited this branch using shared branching to withdraw money from my account. I presented a valid, unexpired U.S. passport along with my previous driver's license because my current license was recently lost. Despite providing one of the highest forms of government-issued identification, I was denied access to my own money. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer service.
