Sends out false advertising emails!
I don’t like this bank because they gave me overdraft protection and then they take it back all because of of another bank many many years ago and where has been paid off y’all deny me of overdraft protection you give it to me and you take it back that’s really not fair. That’s being an Indian giver And I would never. Ever recommend anybody to your bank y’all see that I get direct deposit y’all see it every week on a Wednesday y’all never not got your money and y’all should be worrying about now another institution
I had a good customer experience there.
I am amazed this company is still in business. The hours are ridiculous making it virtually pointless to have an account. I opened an account with intention of getting a heloc the following year without noticing that they close up at 4 and are not open on Saturdays. I now have a 100K plus heloc with Georgias Own which is open on Saturday Nice people work there but I’d be nice too with those absurd hours.
