Horrible, I asked about a rental after applying, after 2 or 3 weeks I called, after getting a text from a leasee agent, after that no word. Time went by after a month I called and asked about it again, and some lady on the phone said " oh that place yea I think students rented it out sorry". Maintenance guys are great, property manager is non-responsive to both calls and emails. It has been 7 weeks attempting to gain contact with her about the property, and the office simply states she's not in the office and will give my information for a call back. About 7 calls, all different times and days, and 4 emails, all unanswered. Ridiculous.

DO NOT rent with them! I rented in Ithaca Aug 2023-Jun 2024. There was mold rooted in the vinyl flooring, walls, and the bathroom was rotting away. I was stuck with a moldy and rusted washer for months before it was replaced. The place was not up to code and the lack of ventilation caused the mold to grow back no matter how much I cleaned. Water leaked from the ceiling from using the upstairs bathroom. I ended up losing all my furniture. The maintenance guy was nice and helped best he could. I rented a condo from these people for 6 months. I never missed rent. Took very good care of the place. But now that it is time for my deposit to be returned. No one answers the answers the phone or email or text messages. Melissa started out very nice. But now she treats me like a peasant bothering her. Don't rent from or buy from these people.

Rented from ithacor & maintenance was very poor. Never showed up to fix any issues & Tracey the property manager never gave reciepts when rent was paid. To find out she was pocketing people's money then evicting them for non payment. This place is a joke. The bedrooms had black mold & bathroom, kitchen ceiling was falling in, squirrels getting in my apartment and attacking my dog, backed up sewer in basement, & more. The only good thing was the rent was cheap but place was a dump.
