Be responsive to phone calls and emails after scooter has been delivered for repairs. It's been about two weeks since I dropped off my scooter. I haven't received a response to one email or phone call since then and I'm growing concerned.
Fantastic! Anthony is readily available, gives great advice, and is always warm and welcoming. I bought a 50cc and the scooter is very reliable, great for getting around Ithaca!
