Truly incompetent management team. Maintenance ignores requests. Half the washers and dryers are always out of order. Fitness room has broken equipment. And the package system is genuinely ridiculous. Do not rent from them.
Very unprofessional people. Never recommend for those who are coming from outside of USA. Management didn’t help if there is a issue in sharing accommodation. Never recommend this renting agency.
All was good, but I have one Major complaint. The package system is absolute garbage: the office only accepts the package from 10 to 5 on weekdays, and during any other times of the day and weekends, delivered are for ed to be returned ti sent back. Why is it so hard to invest in a package room/mailbox? Or if for security, at least give tenants the option to choose between mailbox or the other with liabilities. Colleen Price has a very disrespectful attitude towards leasing college students and is consistently verbally aggressive towards black residents & POC. It is imperative for the company to address her behavior as it is harmful and unprofessional!
I had a great experience renting a downtown apartment from this company (6 month sublet+2 years contract). The staff, in particular Jason Vollers, are very friendly, responsive and helpful.
