Horrible customer service. Went in to buy a jet ski, was jerked around for a week couldn’t even get a phone call back. Person in charge of selling the jet skis has no decency to even call and let me know she decided to sell the jet ski to someone else instead. Never stepping foot in there again.

Excellent Customer Service and best price by far. Called late on a Thursday night after being let down from a local shop to ask about having a new Ski uncrated and ready for Friday and it was done without hesitation. Amy and Jeff are a killer duo and will not buy a machine anywhere else! Highly Recommended.

I have done business with Ithaca Rec since 2004. Since then I have bought 6 ATVs and an ATV trailer last year. I've never been able to beat the deal and they take great care of me whenever I need anything. Jeff and Amy are great people and I will continue to do business with Ithaca Rec .
these guys are great . better than alot of other places that are turning to crap that are much closer to me. hate to name any establishments like glider city but them guys are turning their place into kaka... if u need it these guys can usually do it .
