There is a lack of communication between the property manager and director of operations, Vicky. I was told via email (so I have proof), I would get my full refund of first months rent/security deposit back in the amount of $1890 if something were to fall through. That is not the case. They are now stating there are "fees" and are going to take part of my security deposit. Terrible business and quite rude might I add.
