The environment is serene and quiet. The house is well-maintained and equipped with great air-conditioning and heating. Convenient commuting of bus to campus. Excellent place!
I lived here for four years, and it has been an amazing experience! The bus stop is 5-minute walk from the apartment and it runs on an half-hourly schedule. Ron is SUPER efficient in getting to any maintenance requests, and Annie is responsive all the time. Overall it's a really nice and quiet community at a very convenient location!
I am a former resident of Plaza East Apartments for 3 years and wanted to give a shout out to Ithaca Home because my experience was phenomenal. First, the location of the apartment complex is amazing - 3 mins away from Cornell vet school, right next to East Hill Plaza (where you have CTB and P&C fresh grocery store), and next to a beautiful and quiet landscape. First, this is a convenient and friendly community to live in — especially for those who don’t have a car. The stop for at least 3 buses is within the walk of 3 minutes. If you have a car, parking is sufficient. I am a lab manager , my roommates are grad students, and our neighbor is a family with two lovely children — it seems to me that we all have good experience living here.
