I am a former resident of Plaza East Apartments for 3 years and wanted to give a shout out to Ithaca Home because my experience was phenomenal. First, the location of the apartment complex is amazing - 3 mins away from Cornell vet school, right next to East Hill Plaza (where you have CTB and P&C fresh grocery store), and next to a beautiful and quiet landscape. First, this is a convenient and friendly community to live in — especially for those who don’t have a car. The stop for at least 3 buses is within the walk of 3 minutes. If you have a car, parking is sufficient. I am a lab manager , my roommates are grad students, and our neighbor is a family with two lovely children — it seems to me that we all have good experience living here. I'm from out of town and they were very accommodating and made my move-in/move-out process very easy! Management is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Love this place! The staff was amazing and was accommodating to all my needs. I recommend this place to all students who wish to be close to Cornell Campus. There is also a grocery story right down the road!
