We had been tenants at Springwood Townhouses for 3 years (2014-2017) and recently moved to another city. However during the time we lived here is was a very disappointing and disheartening experience. There were multiple issues regarding the proprietor and his failure to be honest and forthright. Unfortunately very negative experiences renting here. The landlords did not respect things said by each other, so you couldn't trust what they said would be followed. Had the apartment professionally cleaned after moving out and it was spotless, but still had security deposit kept. I would strongly recommend finding another place for housing.
Went to veiw an apartment assistant never sent me an application kept making excuses as to why she hadn't yet.
Attention; stay away from this company and people. They are scammers.You won’t have hot water during the winter. Landlord don’t care and ready to pay $200 $300 electric bill per month.
