Went to veiw an apartment assistant never sent me an application kept making excuses as to why she hadn't yet.

If you are looking for an affordable, easy place to live near Ithaca College, please look elsewhere. I lived in a Solar Townhouse (at 1053 Danby Road). The property manager, August, was hard to reach, and the rental office hours were not staffed during the posted hours. Maintenance requests were not honored/fulfilled on time or at all, and the owners clearly took financial advantage of their college-student tenants by not fulfilling agreements in the lease.
