I returned to them this summer to see a lot of great changes to the cosmetics of the store. Unfortunately, I’ve had horrible experiences with my nails. I’ve been five times. The first one was horribly thick gel second one a little better than I found Jenny, who was great but she left. Went back back this week and again my nails are horribly thick, even after I asked them to thin them out during the process very unsatisfied. I hope they make this right.

Came in for a pedicure and gel manicure on Monday. My nail technician (Mia, I believe?) was meticulous and my nails looked amazing. Unfortunately I had chosen a chrome topper that was new and they hadn’t had the chance to test out much yet, and it started to chip away after a day. Went back in Wednesday and explained to the owner and Mia and they immediately gave me a completely new gel manicure free of charge.
