If I hadn't asked about the shooting last year ... It would be as if it didn't happen. Otherwise last year was a pleasant one here at Stonegate Manor. It's as safe or I think safer then most Apartments in our Area.
very unprofessional… i wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.. since day one they’re very slow… they don’t return call or emails , they don’t care about their residents or concerns. they literally do whatever they want and don’t care… they charged me twice for rent and i still haven’t received my refund… this company is ridiculous. worst i’ve ever experienced… Their management is very unprofessional as well … All around would not recommend to an enemy
Extremly unprofessional management from Mrs. Jasmine Johnson and also regonal manager Mrs.Susan in Port Arthur.I needed an investigation done from recuring theft in my arpartment,even after paying for a new front door luck on my behalf and it never stoped. DO NOT RENT HERE! This place has been a nightmare from the very beginning. I ignored all of the red flags because of the time frame in which I needed to find a place and the apartment was not in livable conditions when they gave me the keys.They threatened to cancel my lease before I even moved in because I brought it to their attention rather than to own their mistake and try to provide an actual solution.
