Unprofessional behavior from every single category of this company!! I have lived in Heatherbrook apartments for 7 years and I received a notice that they were not going to renew my lease and they are terminating my subsidy. Never once late on rent payments and never had a noise complaint!! I exercised My rights on many occasions so in return I have to move! If you are a contractor contacted to perform projects, renovations, or repairs at any of the ITEX properties, walk away immediately. This company doesn’t like to pay for work completed even when completed exactly as required. I had a property manager tell us this, after the work was completed, of course. He wasn’t surprised in the least that we weren’t being paid. Looks like the other reviews by tenants say not to live in their residences (which I could tell you is absolutely correct, just by seeing the state of the grounds)... read more
I was forced out of my apartment after 11 years, called while in the hospital after surgery and told by the manager she would not be renewing my lease. I’m a disabled Veteran and this was totally unfair and wrong!!
