I was forced out of my apartment after 11 years, called while in the hospital after surgery and told by the manager she would not be renewing my lease. I’m a disabled Veteran and this was totally unfair and wrong!!
I made a few calls to this place and cannot get a call back to handle a few issues I’ve been having with this specific apt manager, the messy resident she’s gossiping with and a charges that was charged to me that was not on my part.
I have lived at ITEX property, Southwood Crossing, for around 10 years. During that time I can honestly say that it has only improved. It has gone from a good property, to almost rubble after Hurricane Harvey, to an excellent property after renovations. The management and staff are dedicated to the residents in all ways. Safety is a priority as well as customer service. Our property is now gated and well lit.
