If you are a contractor contacted to perform projects, renovations, or repairs at any of the ITEX properties, walk away immediately. This company doesn’t like to pay for work completed even when completed exactly as required. I had a property manager tell us this, after the work was completed, of course. He wasn’t surprised in the least that we weren’t being paid. Looks like the other reviews by tenants say not to live in their residences (which I could tell you is absolutely correct, just by seeing the state of the grounds)... read more
I was forced out of my apartment after 11 years, called while in the hospital after surgery and told by the manager she would not be renewing my lease. I’m a disabled Veteran and this was totally unfair and wrong!!
I made a few calls to this place and cannot get a call back to handle a few issues I’ve been having with this specific apt manager, the messy resident she’s gossiping with and a charges that was charged to me that was not on my part.
