I have been waiting on my deposit refund over 90 days. Still haven’t received it. Office manager unprofessional when I call to ask about it she places you on hold and never return back to the call. Then she says they sent the check to the wrong address. Then she she say she going to Port Arthur to pick it up. Nothing but lies. It’s sad that I will have to make a small claim just to get my deposit return. Never live here unless it’s for free bad business
NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, VERY RUDE, THE MAINTENANCE NEVER FIX ANYTHING, MANAGER IS A LIAR, AND YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO ANYONE!!! THE COMPLEX IS NICE BUT A LIVING HELL..... THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE OUTSIDE LAWN THAN THE TENTANTS.... ALSO MAINTENANCE COME IN YOUR PLACE AND STEAL.... IT LOOK GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE BUT HELL IF YOU GET IN.... I 100 PERCENT DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!! ZERO STARS
