I deal with a variety of printer parts companies and the Item Inc. team is the very best out of many! They're top notch, I highly recommend them!
Knowledgeable people with a lot of experience. However in my case I dropped 700 dollars trying to fix my laser printer and they wanted me to spend more. They started flip flopping back and forth just guessing so I decided to cut my losses and move on. Would not use them again.

After google search I was so lucky to find ITEM INC and I will say after Wit helped me I couldn’t be more grateful. He listened to what I said and did a search for me , making it so easy to find an old part to a Samsung printer . Saving me time and my friend a costly expense. I didn’t order the part yet but so far the customer service from Wit was beyond Outstanding… update soon after the part comes in
