Always very helpful and fix is done fast
Walking into ITECH Solutions felt like sensory overload, boxes of spare parts were stacked high and pretty much everywhere. However, you'll find that David is very knowledgeable and fair with his assessments.
Chris understood the urgency of the situation met and met me right away to get the laptop from me and get working on it. He figured out a way to power it up enough to save all the critical files I needed, even though it meant him manually holding the laptop in a weird position for like 30 minutes in order to get the broken wires to connect enough to power it up.
