I was reluctant to fix my phone here because of a bad review I saw but they were the cheapest in Lynchburg so I decided to take the chance. I went in to replace my cracked phone screen and I am VERY pleased with service offered here. My phone was fixed in less than an hour with no appointment made beforehand and the replacement was impeccable, I have had not problems with my phone. Went to the Virginia beach location. Woman knew absolutely nothing about phones. Replaced the screen and afterwards there was a light shining through the new screen and now phone calls do not work. She said she didn't know why and offered to replace the screen again. Didn't help. She ruined my daughters phone. Never again will I use one of these places, should have just gone to apple.
