Great employees and servers. Food was excellent and the prices are reasonable.
Last night my wife and I went there and bought two brisket sandwiches. It was the worst bbq I ever had. The brisket was burnt, dry and rubbery. My wife rated the meal last night. They responded by trying to defend themselves and calling her rating "hate" rather than trying to figure out what went wrong. They offered more food. Why on earth would we want more terrible food. As a former business owner, I would never treat a customer with such disrespect.

Tony, I am so sorry but i see absolutely no disrespect here on our part. I apologized profusely in each reply, and if you read my reply's fully I vowed to find out what could of went wrong on the food part last night and staff... I offered to replace your meals of course free of charge. As fellow business people I don't understand what else I could of done???? Seriously not seeing the disconnect here. There is obviously nothing more I can say here but thanks for trying us out
We just bought the Bomb brisket sandwiches which turned out to terrible. The meat was microwaved (we watched them do it). It was overcooked, dry and rubbery. Brisket should be tender, and melt in your mouth. The bar-b-que sauce tastes like ketchup with vinegar. It really makes me mad that I spent $19.00 on two crappy sandwiches. And besides that, they gave meager portions. I am not happy right now. If I could get a refund, I would.

Well Becky, you are not giving me the opportunity to fix the issue here. You said at your work it was delicious well normally it is. I am not sure what went wrong with the brisket last night and vow to look into it. But if you say your going to go around badmouthing us to your coworkers and not give me an opportunity to redeem myself or find out if something went wrong or if my employees are serving it wrong I guess our conversation ends here.
