We were supposed to go on a trip to Israel with our synagogue last February. Due to lack of participation, the trip was canceled. When we gave our initial deposit we were told the deposit is totally refundable. We gave our deposit in October 2019. We are still waiting for our $500 refund. Emails and phone calls remain unreturned. They might arrange good tours in Israel but their honesty and ethics here in the USA leave a lot to be desired.

Just spent 2 weeks in Israel with ITC tour with our amazing extraordinary guide Yoni Shapira and truly loved it! We toured non stop and learned SO much. I feel we saw most of the country. It was so enriching, educational and FUN! I will remember this trip as one of the highlights in my life. Thank you ITC, Yoni, Micky,Yafa & Bob & Shely G! We recently went on a fabulous trip to Cuba and thanks to Thanks to Larry Ritter, we saw more of Cuba in 5 days than other tourists get to experience on much longer tours. My wife and I were so impressed by ITC, that we are looking forward to many more excursions, as long as Larry is personally involved in planning the trips!
Just returned from an amazing two week trip arranged by Israel Tour Connection. Yafa was wonderful to work with and she tailored everything to suit the needs of our group. Thank you for such a trip of a life time. Will be sending photos soon.
