Oddly enough, a different computer repair company in Austin recommended them to me because I was needing same day service. I did have to pay a "rush-fee" but the price was still cheaper than what was quoted by other computer shops.
Very happy I found them. I found their flyer oddly enough at a Starbucks. The flyer offered a free consultation so I decided to give them a shot. I am very satisfied with the technician that showed up. The free consult was very straight to the point and my computer has never run faster.
They made it easy, fixed it fast and that very same day. I found their ad in Craig's List and I am very glad I called them. They are friendly, professional and informative.
I was impressed with how soon they could come out. The tech that came to my house was very nice and polite. Overall I am glad I called them.
These guys showed up same day to my house, removed a nasty virus I had and coached me on internet security. I can't complain, they were great and I would use 'em again.
