The team is always incredibly friendly even when they are super busy. Location is clean. I do hope they find a red light bed replacement for the LightStim.
Obvious money grabbing at every turn here at iTan. Since this corporation has a monopoly in this region, they're taking advantage of their customers in a way I never witnessed in years of having gone to similar salons on the east coast. And they're failing to update/fix broken equipment regularly, at least in the Mission Gorge location. And with all due respect, no, I don't think we should all have to go to another location, this one deserves as much attention as your Mission Valley one, which is larger. I have been to several Tan locations and this one is my favorite. Eliyah was very nice and helpful telling me about products for spray tan that I never even knew existed. Definitely will be back!
