I can’t say enough good things about this place! First off the customer service is top-tier! Pristine is always there when I go and she is a total vibe! So sweet so accommodating she remembers my name she treats me like gold you couldn’t ask for more as a client! Love her energy and professionalism. I’ve always had a good experience with the staff on site. However, when it comes to canceling or changing your membership to a different account, it’s been very frustrating. Charges continued even after requesting changes, and I was told there was nothing they could do. 0/10 experience in that regard—would not recommend.

Sapphire was SO SWEET, so helpful, made my experience so smooth. She explained everything so well in detail, and helped me with specials I didn’t know I was able to use. I would 100 percent recommend coming to this location just for the customer service. I will be back!

Don’t use their Versa Spray tans. It’s either stored improperly or they’re using up old/expired solution. Last 2 times I’ve come to this location I’ve turned legit green! I have been spray tanning every other week for about 15 years and I understand the undertones have green in them to cancel out orange, but this was completely green and had no orange or brown tones to it at all.
