After I had not been paying attention to my PayPal account after our move to a new home, I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife, not realizing that the information in PayPal was my old address. After a couple of weeks, I realized my mistake and contacted Italo Customer Service who immediately were able to adjust my order (of course I corrected my contact information with PayPal) and had the earrings shipped to our current, correct address. I have purchased from Italo 2 times and both times I found that their communication was EXTREAMLY POOR after the purchase was made. Both times I ordered, I was to recieve my items within 10 days but this was not the case. Of course now I'm worried about being scammed and ripped off because there was no tracking number or delivery date and no communication was ever initiated by them. They were always quick to respond back to me and basically asked me to please be patient and wait. After a week or so I would contact them again... read more
