I ordered two bracelets in 2024 for a total of almost $300. They were beautiful and I had many compliments BUT after a year, the spring loaded clasp broke and so did one of the soldered connectors. I contacted Italo Jewelry to ask about their guarantee and the response I got was basically “sorry but too bad because our guarantee is only the first year.” Then they offered me a 15% discount to order a new one. I really love the ten carat emerald cut rose gold pink sapphire ring. Once I wore it my sister wanted to try it on. It fit her so I gave it to her. I ordered myself another one. You must be patient. It takes a long time for mail from China. By mistake I ordered the ring just a bit too small. I ordered another one right away. Returns aren’t easy. Finally now I have my beautiful ring. It’s a WOW! But so am I!
Italo Jewelry deserves a zero rating. They claim their merchandise is "in stock" only to find out it's in production so have to wait up to 2 months to get. The quality of their gold plated line is cheap chunk jewelry after spending hundreds of dollars. They force you to pay for the return and claim they will refund the fees which they still haven't. Really pretty earrings that look expensive. The pkg also contained a nice surprise gift of faux diamond studs that look REAL. Such a nice surprise!
