I ordered earring to wear with my gown to a wedding. I wasn't sure if I would receive them in time especially when tracking the shipment showed me that they were lost. I wrote to customer service and told them the status and my concern. I received a reply telling me that they would take care of everything. I was very surprised when I opened a package the day before I had to leave home for the wedding and found my new beautiful earrings. I was very surprised and very relieved.
