Italian Village is a Chicago institution. I've eaten there too many times to count. All 3 restaurants have amazing food and spectacular service. La Cantina is my fave of the 3. Traditional Italian and its best.
Loved the food and warm elegant atmosphere and friendly service
I took the train up from Indianapolis to experience this restaurant. It was WELL worth the trip! Had veal Parmesan and a side order of spaghetti with a glass of Chianti. Finished with a dessert of tiramisu. The entire meal was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Service was EXCELLENT, responsive and spot on! Definitely the type of place you want to take your spouse for an anniversary dinner, birthday or any celebration.
Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent ambience, excellent ambience.
