A lot of good food.
Waited over 2 hours for food but he threw in some ribs for the wait, then did a call in for ribs but you have to call about 20 times for an answer, didn't bother to check before I left ended up with country style ribs and was cooked hard, my wife called so they agreed to replace it , today is 9/19/2026 and been getting the run around for 3 weeks about it so we're done with that, we try to support black businesses but end up getting screwed some type of way every time

Enjoyed a delicious meal that consisted of hearty portions(4 bbq dark meat chicken pieces with two sides); variety of tasty entree choices and sides to choose from with full menu available on a Sunday! Servers were very courteous. Quay & team did a fine job with our orders. Keep up the good work. : )
I completely understand that restaurants get busy and things can be overlooked, but watching customers who arrived after us receive service while we haven't even been offered a menu is very disappointing. We were looking forward to eating here today, but we were never greeted or offered a menu. this definitely isn't the kind of first impression we expected.
