I do enjoy the bread and food in general but our server was extremely rude. About 10 of us came in for lunch and she immediately acted as though we inconvenienced her. She rolled her eyes and did not smile one time while serving us. A group of about 6 guys and 4 smaller tables came in after we had ordered and they all received their bread and food before us. Such great food. Service always excellent! This is a family favorite! I love,love,love the cheese bread. The spaghetti is sweet and thick. Chicken parm sandwich is huge. My only negative is the atmosphere not so much but food and service makes up for it.
Can't imagine ever being dissatisfied with this place. Food is beyond amazing (I swear they must put crack in it... Only logical explanation) service was great as always and I absolutely love that we have this amazing gem right here in Janesville!!!
We just had our wedding reception catered by Italian House. The owner was so professional. He went above and beyond our expectations. He went to our reception location a month prior to help us determine the best layout for the venue. That was so helpful. Everyone enjoyed his delicious food. People are still talking about it!!
A hometown favorite that I get to share with my children whenever we venture to Janesville. Truly Amazing cuisine and Excellent service.
