Our owner and head cook, Benny Polisi, opened Italian Garden in 2010 to share his love for homemade Italian food with the McKinney community. I’ve been going here for many years. Ever since they opened. I tried the fettuccine carbonara last night, but traded out gluten free penne since I have gluten allergy. Let me tell you it was one of the most delicious things I’ve had in a very long time. Even my husband wanted mine over his regular flour pasta. I bet the regular dish is out of this world!!! Pizza was good should have ordered it crispy because it appears it’s cooked in a conveyer belt oven which doesn’t cook the crust like us New Yorkers like need to use the good ovens pasta was good an overall prices very reasonable for portions I would go back didn’t like sitting up front while those waiting were standing around our tables next time I will wait for table away from the front for a little more privacy but it is what it is

Great food, great service. The Fettuccine Carbona was great, only minor problem with it was that I was overwhelmed with the amount of olives on the dish, the cannoli was tasty and sweet, our bruschetta appetizers was good, the amount of tomatoes, onions, both red and green were good, good garlic flavor and the bread wasn’t overly toasted like most Italian places, will definitely be coming back
This is one of our favorite go-to restaurants. I love the house dressing and pizza and my husband always gets the Chicken Murphy. Also love that it's byob. Even our 3 yo loves the food.
