from start to finish this place is the best! Jim is so friendly and attentive to everyone...he’s always good for a good laugh too. Always a must stop when in town!
My family and I stopped in for a quick bite before heading to the airport. We only found the restaurant by chance as we were looking for something close to the airport. We walked in and were the only customers there (as it was an early lunch). Jim walked up and introduced himself and the told us about his restaurants history. He and his staff were awesome with my young kids, and the food was amazing! Jim also gave us a quick tip to head over the hill and get some pictures on the harbour!
The pizza was awesome, service was great and Jim the owner was amazing. Thanks for the tip about the park! Totally recommend!
We just ate at the Italian Express and can’t say enough! The pizza was phenomenal and so was the staff! Jim was so nice, had great conversations and even suggested an amazing park to visit! If in Boston visit this pizzeria you won’t regret it! ❤️ Thanks Jim!
Improve the quality of ingredients, worry less about the size of the portions and work more on the flavor, pizza is ok, but could be easily improved, take credit cards, cash only places need to realize that is just poor customer service, I understand the CC companies charge a fee, easy fix increase the prices to make up fo it, because the only other reason people do this is to avoid paying taxes. in a positive note the service is always cordial and quick, location is great and the outdoor patio is really nice.
