Complete garbage they don't care about your issues they don't take care of problems that you report buildings in poor condition don't enforce noise ordinances or rules. I could go on and on do not rent from this company they are absolutely horrible.
I can see why they have a lot of vacancies. They never answer the phone for showings. I wish I had their money, I'd just burn mine.
The place we were renting was not worth the price for the quality of it. Looks like it was painted by a 14 year old. Can almost never get ahold of the office via phone as if they are never there. We cleaned the whole place when we moved but they still charged us a few hundred dollars for a cleaning fee. When i asked for pictures of proof that they cleaned it again they said they would get back to me and never have and wont answer any of my calls or voicemails. I would avoid them if you can.
Avoid this company at all costs. I rented from them for a year and a half. Casey and Patty were uncommunicative, unprofessional and tried multiple times to scam me out of my security deposit by double charging. Maintenance (Pedro, who is the best person in the company to deal with) also entered the property without notice. Try another local company like Frontier.
Impossible to get a hold of via phone or text. Poor response to maintenance request. Incompetence is overwhelming and customer service is near non existent. I would not recommend this company to a homeless person that has someone else paying the bill.
