I lived in their skyline location for 2 years. Never ever had an issue. I was great friends with the maintenance man and loved having him around. All issues were fixed within a timely manner. The skyline apartments were great at $500 a month. Unfortunately they were far too small to support the increasing rent! Office workers that cared and understood. They dont care about the tenants AT ALL.
I have been a satisfied client since 2021. They have done an excellent job of keeping my rental occupied with renters who meet my desired qualifications. They are very good about follow-up and quickly addressing any concern (which is rare) I may have.
We are happy with Italian Estates Property Management! We have been using this company to manage our property since 2019. I prefer to be hands-off and Italian Estates has honored that well by handling our property and only contacting me for big issues. We were told that the house would need to be repainted after this tenant moves out, so I appreciate that heads up so we can save up for big expenses. As a landlord I appreciate the timely notifications on repairs and maintenance needed. I can be as involved in repairs as I want or leave it in their very capable hands and know it is done throughly and in a cost efficient manner. Also, the payment system used and portal is very user friendly and prompt.
