Avoid this company at all costs. I rented from them for a year and a half. Casey and Patty were uncommunicative, unprofessional and tried multiple times to scam me out of my security deposit by double charging. Maintenance (Pedro, who is the best person in the company to deal with) also entered the property without notice. Try another local company like Frontier.
Impossible to get a hold of via phone or text. Poor response to maintenance request. Incompetence is overwhelming and customer service is near non existent. I would not recommend this company to a homeless person that has someone else paying the bill.
The positive reviews are from people who work for the company. Pedro and Ricky Sanchez are also affiliated with the company. I’m sure a couple of the others are just to make the company look better. I had an extremely poor experience renting from this company. They took over my lease from my previous landlord in January of 2021. Absolutely great establishment! They have made me always feel welcomed including when I moved half way across the United States and started a new chapter of my life.
