Beware renting from this company. I had a great experience until moving out! The management company stated that the house in these pictures was in “poor condition”and asked for receipt that wasn’t required by the lease. We were never late on our rent and I felt we were model tenants and they are trying to take money from our deposit without cause.
Italian Development built a 1700 sq ft residence for me. Single elderly women. It took a lot of planning for me, at my age! The inside of the house was just as I planned it. Master bathroom needed some corrections but we worked that out. I was shocked at the appearance of the property outside surrounding the house. I wasn't informed of how much money I was going to have to spend to make the yard presentable. Italian states property management was it the light to work with very understanding in down to earth
518-520 Osage st. is a pigsty property. DO NOT RENT HERE. Rain water comes through the CEILING FAN. The light fixture. We had to put a bucket under the lights! We are NOT on the top floor. There is a whole other apartment above us. How does that happen? The windows leak. Rain water splatters all over our furniture and electronics. The toilet is not bolted to the floor.
